Celebrity Teams with Bon Appétit on Solstice Culinary Cruise

Celebrity Cruises’ new Celebrity Life Savor Series and Bon Appétit will present their second at-sea culinary voyage during a seven-night Eastern Caribbean voyage on the 2,850-guest Celebrity Solstice. Celebrity Solstice will depart Fort Lauderdale on Dec. 13 and call at San Juan, St. Kitts and St. Maarten. The featured guest chef will be Marc Murphy, owner and executive chef of three New York City restaurants: Landmarc in TriBeca, Landmarc at the Time Warner Center and Ditch Plains. Renowned for his rustic French and Italian dishes, Murphy will lead several culinary demonstrations and share his experiences during two lectures. During the cruise, Celebrity will feature special dishes inspired by Murphy in addition to the traditional menu served in the Grand Epernay Dining Room. Members of the Captain’s Club program will be offered the opportunity to participate in a shore excursion with Chef Murphy on a space-available basis.
